The COF really has all I need to tap into cultural diversity and leverage on each individual’s potential.\nAntonino Faibene\, Portugal \nI first heard about this seminar in 2013 when I lived in Shanghai\, China\, but only now was able to take part in it thanks to an online format. I am very satisfied with this course. The richness and depth of the model makes it relevant and applicable by coaches and trainers for helping leaders in MNCs and entrepreneurs in start-ups\, for working with teams and organizations in private and public sector and for solving larger societal issues. It is quite a unique framework developed by the world leading intercultural coach for intercultural coaches. It’s not just the comprehensive\, varied and interesting content\, it is also the incredible expertise our facilitator\, Philippe\, demonstrates in every session. As a coach\, going through this training has enhanced my ability to better connect and understand my clients. I highly recommend this program to anyone that is curious and eager to understand better the world we live in.\nThis journey was not only about gaining tools to help corporate and individual clients navigate intercultural dynamics with confidence\, but also about making meaningful connections with an extraordinary cohort of global professionals.\nElena Sarango-Muniz\, United States of America \nI am happy to announce that I am now officially accredited with Philippe’s highly impactful Cultural Orientations Framework (COF). If you are part of a cultural diverse team or work with clients globally\, this is a proven and user-friendly tool that would enable you to start meaningful conversations that counters biases and barriers\, brings new insight and leverages cultural diversity.\nIt was a big blessing to learn besides a highly diverse cohort of 9 students – geographically across three continents\, many of multiple cultural backgrounds\, and in all walks of life. Every session was filled with warmth\, insights\, and “aha” moments that help me reflect on my coaching practice. I honestly felt a little emotional as we completed this course!\nSummie Yeung\, United Kingdom

SUMMARY:Masterclass Leadership & Coaching Interculturel - Certification COF assessment\, Paris + Distanciel - 23-25 septembre 2025

SUMMARY:Leading and Coaching Across Cultures Seminar Series - Institute of Coaching (Harvard University) - 9 April - 21 May 2024
DESCRIPTION:Back by popular demand! We are doing “Leading and Coaching Across Cultures” seminar again to serve attendees in time zones across the globe\, including friendly times for Asia and other regions. We are offering the seminar in cooperation with the Institute of Coaching McLean\, Affiliate of Harvard Medical School. \nThe seminar includes six 60/90 minute sessions between the 9 October and 21 May 2024. Click HERE for more information and to register! \nYou will learn to systematically integrate culture into your coaching with individuals\, teams\, and organizations to make the most of alternative cultural perspectives for expanded awareness\, greater creativity\, and increased unity. \nTraditional coaching has implicitly reflected particular norms\, values and basic assumptions that do not necessarily hold true universally. However\, from notions of time to patterns of communication\, all human endeavors are influenced by culture. Building upon Philippe Rosinski’s seminal book “Coaching Across Cultures”\, this seminar will allow you to weave culture into your coaching practice so it can become fully effective in today’s intercultural environment. Moreover\, you will discover how intercultural coaching can be positioned in the context of an even more ambitious vision for coaching\, which also integrates physical\, managerial\, psychological\, political and spiritual perspectives. \nYou will become familiar with the Cultural Orientations Framework (COF)\, a roadmap to navigate the cultural terrain. While still allowing comparison of individual profiles with various national cultures\, the COF assessment has a much broader scope. It aims at helping individuals grow by learning from cultural differences of various kinds. Culture here consists of all the characteristics we have acquired along the way\, by interacting with various groups of people and being part of different cultural groups (family\, generation\, profession\, company\, country\, religion\, etc.). The COF assessment can be viewed as an equivalent\, at the cultural level\, to a personality assessment such as the MBTI®. \nHere is some feedback from the first edition in November 2023: \n“I very much appreciated the very clear information provided from the outset and throughout the course\, the amazing support from IOC and the great resources. The content was excellent\, the interactive and the more didactic sessions were fantastic\, and there was a lot of valuable information provided. I appreciated the support staff\, fellow participants\, and most of all Philippe\, who was absolutely fantastic in all regards! Much appreciation to you all!”\nCatherine Ebelke \n“The program gave me a completely new\, wider and more knowledgeable approach to Team coaching.”\nAntonella Santini \n“As a coach\, I find it invaluable to learn about approaches to explore different perspectives with my clients. It has been great to work with the multiple perspectives introduced in the course. It gave me a chance to become more aware of my ‘go-to’ perspectives and an opportunity to practice using questions from the other perspectives.”\nNicole Brigandi \n“Thank you to IOC for offering this training in a concise format\, and deep gratitude to Philippe Rosinski for his expertise\, flexibility\, listening skills\, and the valuable insights he shared with us during this training.”\nJeanne-Elvire Adotévi Biliès \n“Philippe is such a great communicator and coach. I appreciated that we rotated education and group work/coaching each week.”\nAshley Williams \n“Prof. Rosinski was engaging and kept the participants involved in the process.”\nJack Pennuto Jr. \n“I appreciated Philippe’s expertise and the opportunity to learn\, share\, and practice with other coaches give new inspiration.”\nIlona Tse \n“I appreciated taking the COF assessment the most and interpreting my own biases.” \n“The course provided me with the skills to infuse culture into coaching sessions for my team. It highlighted the importance of integrating diverse cultural perspectives to enhance creativity and promote team connectedness.”

SUMMARY:Séminaire Leadership & Coaching Interculturel - Certification COF assessment\, Paris + Distanciel - 22-24 mars 2022

SUMMARY:LCAC program at the University of Cambridge ONLINE - Certification COF assessment - 2-4 March 2021
DESCRIPTION:We are sorry to inform you of the Institute of Continuing Education’s decision on the 2nd of February 2021 to “cancel all short courses for the remainder of AY 2020/21 due to the current climate and the pressures on our staff to deliver our award-bearing courses”. This unfortunately concerns our “Leading & Coaching Across Cultures program” with ICE  at the University of Cambridge planned for 2-4 March 2021 (in an online format due to the covid situation). We apologize for the inconvenience. \nHowever\, the good news is that you can still register for/ participate in the same program\, either online in April or in Prague in October! \nAfter the success of the March 2020 edition\, we are hoping our program will be offered again in 2022 at the University of Cambridge after we will have been covid-19 vaccinated! \nPlease click here to read the excellent article written by my two co-facilitators Sally Bernham and Alexandra Terhalle (published in AC Coaching Perspectives in July 2020) following our seminar at Cambridge in March 2020! It describes our philosophy of leveraging cultural diversity in the broadest sense\, and most of all\, how we apply it in practice to have a real impact. \n \nArticle published in “Relocate” (January 2020\, p.17) prior to the first edition of the seminar at the University of Cambridge \n
