The COF really has all I need to tap into cultural diversity and leverage on each individual’s potential.\nAntonino Faibene\, Portugal \nI first heard about this seminar in 2013 when I lived in Shanghai\, China\, but only now was able to take part in it thanks to an online format. I am very satisfied with this course. The richness and depth of the model makes it relevant and applicable by coaches and trainers for helping leaders in MNCs and entrepreneurs in start-ups\, for working with teams and organizations in private and public sector and for solving larger societal issues. It is quite a unique framework developed by the world leading intercultural coach for intercultural coaches. I look forward to applying the COF in my coaching work.\nNatalia Fey\, Finland \nOurs was the first online offering of the Cultural Orientations Framework certification program.\nBefore the program began\, we were warmly welcomed into the community by the co-leaders. \nWe were assigned pre-work that required us to be vulnerable\, creative\, analytical\, and strategic– a perfect introduction to the COF and the cultural complexities it illuminates.\nComing from this common experience\, international colleagues stepped into the learning space with curiosity and trust. \nEncouraged by all the leaders\, over the coming month we built on the initial trust; experienced real-time cross-cultural learning; explored ‘blind spots;’ and reflected on how interventions could broaden understanding and enhance performance.\nThe Cultural Orientations Framework\, with its nuanced dimensions and the holistic\, creative approach to cultural learning modelled by Philippe Rosinski and the team\, is invaluable for exploring not only team and board diversity but also for gaining essential cultural self-awareness.\nClaire Rettie\, Canada \nLeading & Coaching Across Cultures is now one of my top two favorite certifications I have obtained as a coach. It’s not just the comprehensive\, varied and interesting content\, it is also the incredible expertise our facilitator\, Philippe\, demonstrates in every session. As a coach\, going through this training has enhanced my ability to better connect and understand my clients. I highly recommend this program to anyone that is curious and eager to understand better the world we live in.\nThis journey was not only about gaining tools to help corporate and individual clients navigate intercultural dynamics with confidence\, but also about making meaningful connections with an extraordinary cohort of global professionals.\nElena Sarango-Muniz\, United States of America \nI am happy to announce that I am now officially accredited with Philippe’s highly impactful Cultural Orientations Framework (COF). If you are part of a cultural diverse team or work with clients globally\, this is a proven and user-friendly tool that would enable you to start meaningful conversations that counters biases and barriers\, brings new insight and leverages cultural diversity.\nIt was a big blessing to learn besides a highly diverse cohort of 9 students – geographically across three continents\, many of multiple cultural backgrounds\, and in all walks of life. Every session was filled with warmth\, insights\, and “aha” moments that help me reflect on my coaching practice. I honestly felt a little emotional as we completed this course!\nSummie Yeung\, United Kingdom \n\nLeading & Coaching Across Cultures – COF certification program has been voted among the World’s Top 10 Coaching Development Programs.\nIt is the only program in which you will learn how to systematically integrate a cultural perspective into your leadership and coaching practice and make the most of cultural differences.
