DESCRIPTION:We are sorry to inform you of the Institute of Continuing Education’s decision on the 2nd of February 2021 to “cancel all short courses for the remainder of AY 2020/21 due to the current climate and the pressures on our staff to deliver our award-bearing courses”. This unfortunately concerns our “Leading & Coaching Across Cultures program” with ICE  at the University of Cambridge planned for 2-4 March 2021 (in an online format due to the covid situation). We apologize for the inconvenience. \nHowever\, the good news is that you can still register for/ participate in the same program\, either online in April or in Prague in October! \nAfter the success of the March 2020 edition\, we are hoping our program will be offered again in 2022 at the University of Cambridge after we will have been covid-19 vaccinated! \nPlease click here to read the excellent article written by my two co-facilitators Sally Bernham and Alexandra Terhalle (published in AC Coaching Perspectives in July 2020) following our seminar at Cambridge in March 2020! DESCRIPTION:Le séminaire de certification COF aura lieu en distanciel du 23 au 25 mars 2021\, en collaboration avec Expat Communication. Une nouvelle version améliorée de l’évaluation COF (orientations culturelles individuelles et collectives) est disponible depuis 2018: voir www.COFassessment.com  \nAvant le retour dans les locaux d’Expat Communication à Paris en 2022\, cette prochaine édition aura lieu en ligne.  \nC’est une Formation certifiante et interactive de trois jours\, permettant -outre la certification COF-  de découvrir en profondeur le coaching interculturel à travers des présentations théoriques\, mises en situation\, coaching de pairs\, activités de groupe et études de cas. Les participants seront préparés à utiliser l’évaluation en ligne COF à l’issue de la formation dans différentes situations: coaching individuel\, d’équipe et organisationnel. \nLe séminaire prépare au coaching de dirigeants et à l’exercice du leadership dans un environnement complexe\, interconnecté et global – qui demandent une nouvelle approche intégrant la composante culturelle.
