Several excellent academic institutions consider that their students should learn about Philippe Rosinski’s integrated leadership and coaching approach. His books are on their recommended lists and his assessment tool is used in their courses. We are grateful for their interest.
International Universities Collaborations

The Harvard Business School, for example, chose Coaching Across Cultures as its featured book recommendation in the category of business leadership.
The COF assessment is used extensively by the IÉSEG School of Management, which obtained in 2018 the Trophy for Pedagogical Innovation (awarded by the French magazine l’Étudiant) for its project “From international to intercultural: promoting cultural intelligence throughout IÉSEG”.
Philippe has delivered a session on our MSc in Coaching & Behavioural Change programme at Henley Business School on coaching across cultures. The session provides a great balance of taught, academic content, practice based examples, demonstrations and interactive opportunities for the practice of skills. Philippe’s style is engaging and he is able to appropriately adapt his teaching approach to the requirements of the group. Philippe is highly knowledgeable on this extremely important topic.

What a day!
Having worked in the intercultural field for nearly 10 years now, I’m always on the lookout for what else is out there. Yesterday, I was so delighted to meet and learn from Philippe Rosinski who, on day 3 of the master’s in coaching in Cambridge, introduced to us the topic of intercultural coaching.
Philippe has created an advanced tool to analyse and connect cultural differences, effectively enhancing performance for individuals, teams, and organisations. He also offers a framework for coaches navigating diverse cultures, encouraging reflection on their practices and the coaching relationship, which fosters coach development and supports clients in achieving their coaching objectives.
Balancing my various professional roles, I eagerly anticipated this session since the program began. After having read Philippe's books and referenced his work on my previous assignments in Cambridge, this was the highlight of the week for me!
It was a great day, with many insights for me as an intercultural trainer and a coach. A huge thank you to Philippe and my cohort for all the sharing. The learning for me has been invaluable.
