International Universities Collaborations

Several excellent academic institutions consider that their students should learn about Philippe Rosinski’s integrated leadership and coaching approach. His books are on their recommended lists and his assessment tool is used in their courses. We are grateful for their interest.

The Harvard Business School, for example, chose Coaching Across Cultures as its featured book recommendation in the category of business leadership.

The COF assessment is used extensively by the IÉSEG School of Management, which obtained in 2018 the Trophy for Pedagogical Innovation (awarded by the French magazine l’Étudiant) for its project “From international to intercultural: promoting cultural intelligence throughout IÉSEG”.

Moreover, Philippe Rosinski is contributing directly in these institutions, which we sincerely thank for their trust.

Philippe has delivered a session on our MSc in Coaching & Behavioural Change programme at Henley Business School on coaching across cultures. The session provides a great balance of taught, academic content, practice based examples, demonstrations and interactive opportunities for the practice of skills. Philippe’s style is engaging and he is able to appropriately adapt his teaching approach to the requirements of the group. Philippe is highly knowledgeable on this extremely important topic.

The students’ speed of learning is amazing because Philippe’s approach is so unique, evoking their curiosity, fostering synergies, generating enthusiasm, and focusing on the individual life journey beyond techniques and theory.
